Presentation Evaluation Form

Scoring: Each presentation assignment is worth a multiple of ten points and each of the following ten criteria are weighted equally.

TOPIC: Is the topic interesting and important to audience?
   
INTENT: Is the speaker’s intent clear and realistic?
   
MATERIALS: Is the information relevant and useful?
   
INVOLVEMENT: Does the message gain attention and draw listeners into presentation?    
EMPHASIS: Are key points clear and memorable?
   
TRANSITION: Does the speaker move listeners effectively from idea to idea?    
EYE CONTACT: Does the speaker look at audience?
   
ANIMATION: Does the speaker show enthusiasm?
   
LANGUAGE: Is speaker’s language clear and specific?
   
OUTCOME: Has the speaker given listeners something specific to do, think, or take with them?
